Avenida da Igreja is a Lisbon avenue, located in the parish of Alvalade. Its current name dates from 19 July 1948. The avenue starts at Largo Frei Heitor Pinto and ends at Jardim do Campo Grande. It was previously designated as a street that divides groups 1 and 2 of Sítio de Alvalade. The Church of São João de Brito and Praça de Alvalade are located on this avenue.
