Visit the bookstore at our palace

The height ceiling, raised five meters, shelters the entire weight of a careful selection of books connected with the curatorial perspectives of Triennale 2019. Distributed on shelves and tables diagonally arranged, the Catalan publisher Polígrafa faced the challenge of installing itself temporarily in Sinel de Cordes Palace, which also presents the main exhibition Natural Beauty. There, you can find The Poetics of Reason publications series, unique editions of architecture, limited collections and specialized copies of the discipline, from the several themes in a compilation for all tastes.

The opening took place on Saturday, 5 October and was attended by an influx of visitors, with sales breaking a record. The popup bookstore will remain at the Triennale until December 2, from Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 to 19:00.

Polígrafa will also be present in Frankfurt, at the renowned book fair in the German city, where you can find the publications of the exhibitions What is Ornament? and Inner Space. Published in English, the two editions are texts that complement and contemplate the themes of each of the main exhibitions, enriching knowledge and widening it, aiming to reach the world beyond their borders.

In previous editions, the palace’s popup bookstore was run by A+A (2016) and Story Telling (2013), both located in the foyer.
